Personal wellness starts with choice, because wellness is far more than freedom from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a lifestyle that is healthy and balanced in all ways. GWT will be providing information on a far range of wellness topics, so that individuals can be supported in making more optimal choices.
“No man is an island,” and true wellbeing for individuals is only available within family and community structures that are themselves healthy. GWT’s programs will be exploring the drivers that can result in the stable and supportive families and communities that allow for both personal and financial wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must ideally embrace it in every possible endeavor. GWT recognizes the critical inter- relationships among all the different pillars of wellness — and specifically, how our choices impact the environment, which in turn impacts personal, family, community and financial wellbeing.
One key that distinguishes our approach to actually transforming global wellness is our inclusion of the financial. We will not only be providing education and creating new structures for wellness, but also offering funding that will allow many others to participate in this transformational project.
